General Information on Registration
- All dates refer to the Pacific Time Zone.
- All fees refer to Euros (€).
- Registration will not be completed until payment is processed and confirmed.
- Onsite registration covers coffee breaks, two meals, and a farewell dinner in a Greek restaurant.
Authors’ Registration: At least one author of each accepted type of paper must register until July 20, 2025, the latest, so that their accepted submission appears in the Conference Proceedings published by Springer.

Instructions for Authors’ Registration
- If you are the “registering author” for one or more paper(s), please put its/their ID(s) in the corresponding field of the registration form so that your accepted submission(s) is/are included in the Springer’s proceedings. Authors of more than one paper have to pay 250 € for each extra paper.
- If the only author registering for the conference is a student, the full author’s registration fee should be paid (250 €).
- Co-authors of registered papers can attend the conference online free of charge, or onsite at a fee of 100 €. Registration is required through the NiDS2025 registration platform (Name & Surname, Email, Affiliation and ID of the registered paper).
- In case of multiple paper registrations, any of the co-authors of the papers can register as the registering Author.
- Receipts/Invoices
All registration fees are subject to plain receipts. In case of invoice issuing please note that a 24% VAT surcharge applies to all registration types and must be paid on top of the selected registration type. In case of not indicating a specific request for an invoice during the registration process, the conference secretariat will automatically issue a plain receipt (default option) without any surcharge.
The authors’ registration fee for each paper (250 €) allows publication of the accepted submission to Springer’s Proceedings.
Instructions for Registration of Non-Authors
- Students, researchers, and all other individuals interested in attending the NiDS2025 Conference online can participate free of charge. Registration is required through the NiDS2025 registration platform (Name & Surname, Email, Affiliation).
- Authors and Non-authors interested in attending the NiDS2025 Conference onsite can participate at a extra fee of 100 € which includes coffee breaks, lunch, and farewell dinner. Registration is required through the NiDS2025 registration platform.
Benefits for NiDS2023 Registrants
All registered NiDS2025 participants are given temporary free 4-week access to the online version of the Conference Proceedings on SpringerLink.
A certificate of participation in NiDS2025 will be sent, via email, after the end of the NiDS2025 Conference, to ALL PARTICIPANTS, upon request.

In the body of the message, make sure to include:
- The Paper ID (as provided in EasyChair)
- The full list of authors
- The title of the paper

Methods of payment
NiDS2025 registration payments are supported by the Greek Computer Society (EPY/GCS), 20 Spyrou Trikoupis Str., Athens 106 83, Tel. +302155051398, email: epy@epy.gr.
Payments can be made either by bank transfer or secure online credit card:
A bank transfer payment must be confirmed manually by the organization chairs in order for papers to be included in the proceedings and receipt/invoice to be issued. Secure online credit card payments will be automatically confirmed.
Secure Transactions
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Cancellation & refunds
Any cancellation of registration must be notified by e-mail to epy@epy.gr and nids@uniwa.gr. The following cancellation policies will apply:
- Cancellation before June 22, 2025 – full refund.
- Cancellation on or after June 22, 2025 – no refund.
Privacy Policy
All data submitted during NiDS 2025 registration process is used only to process your registration and as a result we do not collect or store any personal information. Moreover, we do not share any of your details with other companies/organizations/web-sites.
